All property distributions must be coded as either real property or other property. For real property, you must also indicate whether it is in or out of state and if the sale was due to a complete liquidation. To complete this data entry, go to Screen NJDisp in the Adjustments folder and complete the appropriate fields under Income (Loss) from Disposal of Property.
