How can I view the questionnaire and the Excel spreadsheet before sending the Business Organizer to my clients?


Complete the following steps to view the contents of the Business Organizer.

  1. Open the desired client.
  2. Choose File > Print Organizers.
  3. In the Print Organizers dialog, select the PDF / XLS to file in option.
  4. Click the Browse button to select the destination for the PDF and XLS files.
  5. Click the Assemble button.
  6. In the File PDF Status dialog opens, click the Open Target Folder button.

    The PDF file includes the cover letter and questionnaire. Any actionable items are included in a separate PDF file. The XLS file includes the Excel spreadsheet generated by UltraTax CS. Both the PDF and XLS files are password protected.

    Note: The password assigned to the client files is the password you set up in the Setup > Client Communications > Password dialog.
