Why doesn't the preview of my Email Business Organizer show all the items the organizer contains?


If you have an actionable item, such as an engagement letter included in the Email Business organizer, those items are included in a separate PDF. One PDF will contain the questionnaire and cover letter, and the second PDF will contain the actionable items.

The Excel spreadsheet will not be generated when you preview the Email Business Organizer.
