Data Mining allows you to send client letters and reports, which are based on the most recent search, to FileCabinet CS. The FileCabinet CS checkbox and drop-down list are available only if you are licensed for FileCabinet CS and have it installed. Use the FileCabinet CS drop-down list to choose where FileCabinet CS data will be saved.

Use this procedure to send client letters from Data Mining to FileCabinet CS.

1. If necessary, select and perform the search.
2. Click the Search Results button in the Print dialog if you want to verify that the results are satisfactory. Click Done to return to the Print dialog.
3. In the Print dialog, mark the FileCabinet CS checkbox.
4. In the FileCabinet CS drop-down list, choose the location in which to save the FileCabinet CS data.
5. Click the Print button to send the selected letters to FileCabinet CS.

   Note: If you mark only the FileCabinet CS checkbox and not the Printer checkbox, the Print button at the bottom of the Print dialog becomes the To Cabinet button. Click the To Cabinet button, when applicable, to send the selected letters or reports to FileCabinet CS.
