Errors

  • Error: Windows cannot find X:\WinCSI\UT18\utplatform.ext,18,2,0,#0000000my0cr1\_3US13_1_0.PDF
  • Error: cannot access X:\WinCSI\UT18\utplatform.ext,18,2,0,#0000000my0cr1\_3US13_1_0.PDF
  • User bulletin is blank

Solutions

  • Verify that a supported version of Adobe Reader is installed and is set as the default PDF viewer.

    Note: Microsoft Edge may be set as the default PDF application on Windows 10 operating systems, depending on if Adobe is installed and what version.

  • Toggle the Adobe add-on.
  1. Open Internet Explorer, choose Tools > Manage Add-Ons (or click the Gear icon > Manage Add-Ons).
  2. In the Manage Add-ons window, select Toolbars and Extensions.
  3. In the drop-down menu select All add-ons, then highlight Adobe PDF Reader in the list.
    1. If it is disabled, enable it.
    2. If it is already enabled, click disable and then re-enable.
  • Disable Sandbox Protections in Adobe Reader DC
    1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced)
    2. Unmark the fields in the Sandbox Protections section
    3. Click OK
