Why am I receiving a second page that is blank when printing the Organizer Cover Letter or Engagement Letter?

Answer

There may be a page break entered in the letter that is causing a second page to print. To verify this:

1. Choose Setup > 1040 Individual > Organizer tab and click the Letters and Emails button.
2. Open the Cover Letter or Engagement Letter (whichever is affected).
3. If you see a double line (as the one displayed below), highlight that double line and press Delete on your keyboard.
4. Next, choose Document > Exit and click Yes when prompted to save your changes.
