If the file that contains the client information for a client becomes corrupt, rebuilding the client list file may reset the file.

To rebuild the CltList.WTY file:

1. Navigate to X:\WinCSI\UTYYData\ and rename the CltList.WTY file to CltList.old; where Y = Year.
2. Choose Help > Repair and click Rebuild Client List. The time for the process to complete will depend upon your system and the size of your client base.
