UltraTax CS enables you to print input screens in a variety of ways. What follows is a suggested method for printing input screens.

1. Verify or edit your print collation.
2. Decide whether or not to make the following modifications.
   • Print multiple pages on a single sheet of paper.
   • Print zip numbers in input screens.
3. Choose an alternate format in which you want the information to print.
   • Print all client data in capital letters.
   • Print all client data in bold.
   • Adjust shaded areas on printed input screens.
4. Decide if you want to print input screens with data or without data (blank).
5. If applicable, store documents in FileCabinet CS, File Drawer, or GoFileRoom.
