The Document Editing window includes a special toolbar that you can use when editing client documents (transmittal letters, invoices, filing instructions, and so on). This toolbar is shown below, and the following table lists the functions of each button on the toolbar.
Button | Function |

Open Document: Opens the Document Type dialog in which you can select a different client document for editing. Keyboard: CTRL+O |

Save Document: Saves any changes you have made to the document. Keyboard: CTRL+S |

Cut: Cuts the selected text out of the current document. Keyboard: CTRL+X |
|
Copy: Copies the selected text in the current document. Keyboard: CTRL+C |
|
Paste: Pastes the cut or copied text at the cursor's current location. Keyboard: CTRL+V |

Toggle Bold: Turns bolding on or off. You can either click this button, type the text, and click the button again to turn the feature off; or highlight the text you want to change and click the desired button. |

Toggle Italics: Turns italics on or off. You can either click this button, type the text, and click the button again to turn the feature off; or highlight the text you want to change and click the desired button. |

Toggle Underline: Turns underlining on or off. You can either click this button, type the text, and click the button again to turn the feature off; or highlight the text you want to change and click the desired button. |

Left Align: Left justifies the selected text and graphics. This alignment is the default. |
|
Center Align: Centers the selected text and graphics. |
Use the Font Typeface and Font Size drop-down lists to choose different typefaces and font sizes for the selected text.
