Creating or modifying watermarks

Follow these steps to create or modify watermarks on printed returns.

Note: When printing returns via the Print Returns dialog, you can also select a custom watermark for that particular print job. To do so, click the Watermark button to open the Select Watermark dialog.

  1. Choose Setup > Office Configuration.
  2. Click either the Print Options tab or the Watermarks tab. The tab you have depends on whether your firm has firm-wide or user-defined print options. Watermark settings will always apply to the entire firm.
  3. If you clicked the Print Options tab, click the Watermarks button.
  4. Click Add or Edit.
  5. Choose your watermark options. To read details about each option, see the Watermarks dialog or Watermark Details dialog article.
