New (tax) year, new help!

Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.

Use this tab to enter each reviewer's or staff member's name. This information can be used to focus any list of clients (such as the clients available for printing) according to a specific reviewer or staff member, and to limit the clients who appear in the client listing reports.

To open this tab, choose Setup > Office Configuration, then click the Reviewer tab or the Staff tab.

Note: Depending on your security configuration, you might be prompted to enter the master password before you can open the Office Configuration dialog.

Fields & buttons

Lists all reviewers or staff members that you have added.

Enter the reviewer's or staff member's name, up to 15 characters.

Note: This field is disabled until you either click the Add button or highlight an item in the list and click the Edit button.

Click this button to launch a Report dialog that you can use to specify sort criteria, preview, or print a Preparer Information, Staff Information, or PRP Preparer Block Information report.

Enter the reviewer's or staff member's email address in this field. The address can contain up to 80 characters.

Tips

  • Any reviewer or staff member entered here can be selected as the default reviewer or staff member for all clients subsequently added to the application from this computer.
  • Any reviewer or staff member entered here can be selected as the staff member on the User Preferences > Tickler tab.
  • Reviewer and staff information entered here will automatically proforma to next year's UltraTax CS application.
