The following alerts may appear in acknowledgments for Ohio returns when returns are accepted. The messages are normal acknowledgment messages and will show up for returns on which the taxpayer has identified a taxing school district. You will normally see both alerts, because the income tax return (Ohio Form 1040) and the school district return (Form SD-100) were filed separately. As a result, the Ohio Form 1040 and the Form SD-100 are processed as separate files, so the Ohio Form 1040 acknowledgment applies only to the Ohio Form 1040, and the Form SD-100 acknowledgment applies only to the Form SD-100.
