Enter the representative information for yourself in a unit of the Names screen. You need to complete the following fields on this screen: Entity type, SSN or EIN, and Individual name. You also need to complete the Additional Representative Information section at the bottom of the Names screen, including entering X in the Representative for Form 706, Part 4 field.
Note: The Names screen is a multiple-unit input screen. Use a separate unit of the Names screen to enter applicable information for any individual or organization involved with the estate.
