To populate the signature at the bottom of Form 4768, Filer's signature (other than the executor), follow these steps.

1. Access Screen PayExt, located in the Payments & Credits folder.
2. Select the appropriate name from the Name of filer is not executor drop-down (located at the bottom of the input screen).

   Note: If the name is not listed in the drop-down, make sure to visit Screen Names, located in the Beneficiary folder, and add the filer's information. A name must be added as a unit to Screen Names for the filer's information to be available throughout the rest of the input screens.
