New (tax) year, new help!

Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.

Some of the commands most commonly used in the Apportionment Information window, such as Print Reports, are assigned shortcut keys, which allow you to quickly choose the command without opening the menu first.

Shortcut Function
CTRL+C If cells are highlighted, copy the data in the highlighted cell to the clipboard.
CTRL+P Open the Print Reports dialog.
CTRL+V Paste contents of the clipboard into the current cell.

CTRL+X

 If cells are highlighted, cut the information in the highlighted cells and copy the information to the clipboard.
F7 Access a calculator that transfers the calculated amount to the data entry field.
F8 View prior-year data entered in the Apportionment Information window. Press F8 again to return to the current-year data.
