Use the Philadelphia column in the spreadsheet in the Philadelphia dialog to enter city apportionment information. City columns appear only if you have added cities to the client.

To enter city apportionment information, click the Pennsylvania tab at the bottom of the Apportionment Information window, and then click the Philadelphia Apportionment button to open the Philadelphia dialog.

Philadelphia requires no additional information for apportionment. Note that a city tab appears in the spreadsheet in the Pennsylvania Cities dialog only if additional information is required.
