Question

Where do I enter the everywhere amounts for city returns that are 100 percent in-state?

Answer

Enter the everywhere amounts for a city return that is 100 percent in-state in the city's respective state column of the main apportionment spreadsheet. This must be done even if all activity is in-state in order for the city apportionment to be correctly calculated. If the city columns were included in the main apportionment spreadsheet, the amounts you enter in the city column would be double-counted if you entered information in the state column for clients that are not 100 percent in-state.
