How do I enter NOL carryover that is subject to IRC 382 limitation?

Answer

Net operating losses subject to limitation under IRC Section 382 are entered as a negative value under the NOL Subject to IRC 382 Limitation column on Screen 382NOL in the 382 NOL folder. Net operating losses that are entered in the Carryovers folder will not be restricted based on the annual limit determined under Section 382.
