Why isn't Form 5471 printing?

Answer

UltraTax CS prints the various schedules of Form 5471 based on the category of filer selected in Screen 5471. For example, if the person filing Form 5471 is a category 3 filer, UltraTax CS prints the following information and schedules: the identifying information on Form 5471, Page 1, Schedules A, B, C, F, G, and the separate Schedule O, Part II.
