Enter passive activity carryovers in the Carryovers section of the input screen. You can use several categories to enter passive activity carryovers for each entity. The following categories are available.
- Operating
- Short-term capital loss
- Long-term capital loss
- Section 1231 loss
- Ordinary business loss
