UltraTax CS
- Choose Setup > 1041 Fiduciary > Federal tab.
- In the Additional information group box, click the Other Return Options button.
- On the Other tab, enter a rate in the Depletion: Marginal oil production percentage depletion rate field.
If you do not enter a rate in this field, the current IRS value for the depletion rate for oil and gas properties is the default.
