Use this dialog to print various apportionment reports.

To open the Print Reports dialog, choose Apportionment > Print Reports in the Apportionment Information window.

Fields & buttons

Mark this checkbox to choose the printer as the print destination. Click the Print button to print the selected reports.

This checkbox is available only if you are licensed for and have installed FileCabinet CS. Mark this checkbox to store copies of the selected reports in FileCabinet CS.

If you mark only the Store image in FileCabinet CS checkbox, and not the Printer checkbox, the Print button becomes the To Cabinet button. Click the To Cabinet button to print the selected reports only to FileCabinet CS.

Mark this checkbox to print a report detailing the information that appears in the Property tab of the Apportionment Information spreadsheet.

Mark this checkbox to print a report detailing the information that appears in the Payroll tab of the Apportionment Information spreadsheet.

Mark this checkbox to print a report detailing the information that appears in the Sales tab of the Apportionment Information spreadsheet.

Enter the number of copies of the report you want to print, or use the arrows to change the number in this field.

After marking the corresponding checkbox for the desired report in the Print what group box, click this button to print the report to a printer and/or FileCabinet CS. Note that you must have FileCabinet CS installed on your computer to use the To Cabinet print feature.

After marking the corresponding checkbox to print the desired report, click this button to preview the report on screen before you print the report.
