Taxpayers who establish direct debit payments for estimated tax payments, or whose returns are electronically filed, will not receive pre-printed estimate vouchers or envelopes from the IRS. Form 1040-ES Instructions (P1), state the following:

If a taxpayer wishes to continue receiving pre-printed vouchers as well as electronically file tax returns, arrangements must be made through separate correspondence with the IRS.

Additionally, the blank version of Form 1040-ES is available at www.irs.gov, or can be ordered by calling 800.TAX.FORM (800.829.3676).
