Are there test clients for electronic filing so that I may verify if my transmissions are successful?
Test clients are not available, because there is no need to test transmissions via CS Connect at the beginning of electronic filing season. Your only test is whether or not you can successfully connect to the CS Connect server. If so, then you will be able to transmit electronically filed returns, as well as retrieve acknowledgements.
