Turnaround Time for Transmissions from UltraTax CS to NetClient CS

Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.

Listed are the expected turnaround times once a web tax return or organizer has been transmitted from CS Connect in UltraTax:

  • Web tax returns should appear in the portal immediately.
  • Web organizers push from UltraTax to NetClient portals every 30 minutes at the top of the hour and on the half-hour.
  • Completed web organizers push from the NetClient portal to UltraTax every 15 minutes on the quarter-hour.

Examples

  • If a web organizer was transmitted from UltraTax at 9:31 a.m., then it should appear in the NetClient portal at 10:00 a.m.
  • If a web organizer was transmitted from UltraTax at 9:58 a.m., then it should appear in the NetClient portal at 10:00 a.m.
  • If a web organizer was completed in NetClient by clicking "Send to Preparer" at 4:31 p.m., then you may retrieve it in UltraTax at 4:45 p.m.

Note: Times are approximations and may vary depending on the workload of Thomson Reuters servers.
