UltraTax CS: Modifying NetClient E-mail Notifications

UltraTax CS can automatically send e-mail notifications when a tax return or organizer is sent to your client's portal. To enable or disable these e-mails, navigate to Setup > Client Communications > Web Delivery Options... button, and mark Automatically send an email notification to each client when their Web Organizer or Tax Return is transmitted via CS Connect to their NetClient CS portal. Review our Web Delivery Options topic for more information.

To modify the text in the body of the e-mail notifications, in UltraTax CS, go to Setup > [entity] (e.g. 1040 Individual) > Federal tab > Letters & Emails > Email tab. In the Email tab, select "[entity] NetClient Delivery Greeting" and click Open.
