Why can't I access my web-based email?

To determine why you can't access your web-based email, do the following.

Note: To access your email, your email service must be hosted by Web Builder CS.

  1. Verify that you are attempting to access your web-based email through the correct website.

    Web Builder CS email: Open an internet browser, enter webmail.webbuildersolution.com in the address bar, and press ENTER.

    Everyone.net email:Open an internet browser, enter email.DOMAINNAME.com in the address bar, and press ENTER.


    • Replace DOMAINNAME with your actual domain name.
    • The website address does not include "www."
  2. If you still can’t access your web-based email, it might not be set up yet. You will know that your web-based email has been set up when you receive confirmation via an email message or a phone call from our Technical Department.
  3. If you can access the page for your web-based email but you cannot log in to your email account, verify that you are using the username and password information that you received via email after we created your email accounts.
  4. If you still cannot access your web-based email, you can contact us.
