Thank you for the feedback!
Note: Port 25 will be Discontinued. To enable a more secure email hosting platform, Web Builder Email is phasing out port 25 connections for SMTP. Port 25 will remain open to support existing customers, but it is not recommended as it is not secure by default and is widely blocked by major ISPs. If you must use port 25, select TLS as the encryption type to ensure a more secure connection.
Alternate Port for Outgoing Server (SMTP)
If STARTTLS over port 587 is not working for customers, try “SSL/TLS” over port 465. But be aware, this SSL/TLS option may be removed in a future update.

Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the ecryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.
