Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. The standard reports in CSA include a variety of print options so that you may customize the report presentation to meet your specific needs.

  1. Choose File > Print Reports.
  2. In the Print dialog, click the Reports tab.
  3. Double-click each report or profile that you want to print to move it to the Selected pane. Repeat this step for each type of report you want to print.
  4. Highlight a report in the Selected pane and then click the Options button modify print options (such as data ranges to include, optional information to include, font selections, page layout and duplex printing options, and so forth).
  5. In the Options dialog, specify the desired print options for the report, and then click OK to save your selections and return to the Print dialog.

Notes

  • Print options for a report may be saved as part of a report profile. Otherwise, print options automatically revert to their default settings when you unselect a report for printing or exit the Print dialog (unless the Save report options checkbox is marked in the Print tab of the Setup > User Preferences dialog).
  • Duplex printing is available for any of the standard reports (but not for financial statements or client documents).
