  1. When you have finished adding the text in the Note text field of the Review Notes dialog, click OK.
  2. Click the Yes button in the confirmation dialog to add a sticky note to the currently selected document in the Document View window.

    Note: Notice that the mouse pointer in the Document View window appears as a hand with a yellow sticky note attached.

  3. Move the sticky note to the desired location on the workpaper or document within the Document View window.
  4. Click the left mouse button to place the note on the document.


  • Left-click and drag the yellow sticky note to move it to another location in the Document View window. Release the mouse button when you find the correct location for the sticky note.
  • Right-click while your mouse pointer is positioned over the sticky note to open the context menu and choose to edit or remove the note.
  • Notice that the application alerts you to the presence of a note by attaching a yellow note icon to the document or workpaper icon in the Tree View window.
  • Notice that the subject and text of the note appear in the Notes View window when it is opened in the Engagement CS workspace. Click the expand tree /_images/acct_pr/csa/expand_tree_sign.gif icon or collapse tree /_images/acct_pr/csa/close_tree_sign.gif icon next to the subject to expand or collapse the note view for the selected note.
