Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of Creative Solutions Accounting.

You can use the Rebuild Engagement command to locate and add documents that exist for the Master Client Data (MCD) in the Engagements subfolder of the client's data folder (C:\WINCSI\CSAData\<clientid>\Engagements\<engagement name>) but are not currently displayed within Engagement CS. After you run this command, all restored documents for the selected client will appear in the {Rebuilt Files} folder in the Tree View window for the selected engagement.

Choose Rebuild Engagement from the Engagement CS Help menu.

The Rebuild Engagement command can be run when the following conditions apply.
