Use the Restrict Access tab to create a unique password for the selected client. Each user would need to enter the client password whenever selecting a restricted-access client for processing.
From the File > New Client dialog or the File > Client Properties dialog, click the Advanced Properties button. In the Advanced Properties dialog, click the Restrict Access tab.
Note: The security configuration on your system may require you to know and enter the master password before you can assign or change client passwords.

Deny Data Sharing access to client data
Deny FileCabinet CS access to client data
