Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. Use the E-Verify File Type dialog to advance the E-Verify (Employee Eligibility Verification) program status for an employee whose verification status is not still currently pending with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

From the Utilities > E-Verify > Manage E-Verify Status dialog, highlight an employee name and click the Manage Status button.

The E-Verify Type dialog lists the employee's name, date of hire, and E-Verify case number. Click the appropriate option and then click the Queue button to queue the status update for subsequent electronic transmission via CS Connect to the government's E-Verify website.

Note: If the status for an employee is returned as anything other than "Verified," you will need to log in to the E-Verify website to manage the completion of the process for that employee. You can use the link from the E-Verify File Type dialog to open the government's E-Verify login page and then complete the verification processing as required for that employee. Please refer to the government's E-Verify website for more information about the requirements for closing a case.
