The Arizona Supplemental Information dialog allows you to enter additional information unique to the Arizona form processing requirements.
Choose Utilities > Payroll Tax Processing and then either click the AZ state flag icon on the shortcut bar or choose View > Arizona. Choose Setup > Supplemental Information when the Arizona payroll tax processing window is active.
Fields & buttons
General tab
Enter the required information as applicable for your client.
- Calculate penalty/interest. Mark this checkbox if you want the program to automatically calculate interest and penalty amounts based on the date entered in the Signature Information group box.
- Reimbursable employer. Mark the checkbox for Yes; leave blank for No. (This information is used in the scan line.)
- Branch number used. Mark the checkbox for Yes; leave blank for No. (This information is used in the scan line.)
Withholding tab
Enter the required information as applicable for your client.
- Payor type. Select a payor type of One banking day, Semi-weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually.
- From/To. Enter the date range. These fields are available only if a payor type of One-banking day or Semi-weekly is selected.
- Final return (checkbox)
Enter the required information as applicable for your client.
