The Define Label Size dialog lets you add, edit, or delete label formats, and change printing parameters.
Choose Utilities > Mailing Labels. After specifying the client(s) for which you want to print labels, click the Continue button to open the Print dialog. In the Print dialog, click the Define label size button.
If you change the number of labels to appear across or down the page, you must also modify the selections for vertical and/or horizontal pitch (on the Define Label Size dialog).
Fields & buttons
Displays the (global) label formats that have been defined.
Displays the description of the currently selected label format.
Specify the top margin of the label using the arrow up and arrow down keys.
Specify the left margin of the label using the arrow up and arrow down keys.
Vertical pitch defines the space in inches from the top of the first line of printing on a label (the first label, for example) to the top of the first line of printing on the next label below it.
Horizontal pitch defines the space in inches from the left edge of the printing on a label (the first label, for example) to the left edge of the printing on the next label to its right.
Specify the height of the label using the arrow up and arrow down keys.
Specify the width of the label, using the arrow up and arrow down keys.
Specify the number of labels you want to appear across the page.
Specify the number of labels you want to appear down the page.
