If you are troubleshooting and need to reinstall UltraTax CS or Fixed Assets CS, follow these steps:
- Browse to X:\WinCSI where X is the mapped drive or network location where UltraTax CS and Fixed Assets CS are installed.
- Find and rename these folders:
- For UltraTax CS:
- UTYY, where YY is the year of UltraTax CS.
- UTYYSYS, where YY is the year of UltraTax CS.
- For Fixed Assets CS:
- DSW
- DEPRSYS
- For UltraTax CS:
