Email settings for firewalls and spam filters

Spam filters and firewalls may block some of our emails. If you think you're not receiving the emails we send, you may need to whitelist our IP address or domain.

Emails from most Thomson Reuters applications

You can allow IP addresses that begin with 167.68 to receive emails sent from most Thomson Reuters applications.

GoFileRoom

As we use Amazon Web Services (AWS) services, we can't support restricting access to GoFileRoom or FirmFlow by IP address.

If your firm limits internet access, we recommend that you allow uk.gofileroom.com and others that may be necessary, such as for email and NetClient integration. If your firm limits access by IP address, see Amazon's instructions on using the EU West 2 ranges.

Virtual Office, SaaS, and NetFirm

We use the IP addresses 167.68.16.111 and 167.68.17.111 for invites, password resets, and notifications from NetStaff and NetClient portals.

There's a risk that these emails could be spoofed if you change the Sender field for notifications on the Admin tab.
