There are different file size limits for different methods of adding documents to GoFileRoom. The following size limits are guidelines. The actual limits differ because they're affected by your network environment, workstation settings, and Internet connection speed. 

• Upload Documents Service: Limited only by connection speed.
• ClientFlow: 1 GB per upload or 30-minute timeout period.
• Send To GoFileRoom (ControlPanel): 300 MB or larger, limited only by connection speed.
• Drag onto Send To GoFileRoom icon (ControlPanel): 300 MB or larger, limited only by connection speed.
• Cabinet icon in Adobe Acrobat: 25 MB, limited only by connection speed.
• Print to GoFileRoom: 25 MB, limited only by connection speed.
• Browse method on the Add page: 25 MB.
• New Excel document: 25 MB.
• New Word Document: 25 MB.
• File Importer Service: 10 to 25 MB with good connection speed.
• Email document from GoFileRoom: 5 to 10 MB.
• Upload / Download Documents via API: Limited only by connection speed.
