Opening applications that run in the Virtual Client Office environment on an iPad

  1. If you haven’t already done so, set up your iPad to run applications in the Virtual Client Office environment.
  2. Open the Citrix Workspace for iPad app on your iPad.
  3. Under Stores, tap the store you created to view the icons for the applications that are available to you in the Virtual Client Office environment.
  4. Log in to NetClient CS.
  5. Open the Virtual Client Office screen and double-tap an application icon to open an application.

Tips for working in the applications

  • In the Citrix Workspace for iPad app, tap once and hold to open the right-click menu.
  • In NetClient CS, use two fingers to scroll.
  • In the Virtual Client Office screen, double-tap an application icon to open it.

    Note: To open another application, tap the Citrix Workspace header, tap Home, and double-tap an application icon to open it.

  • When running applications in the Virtual Client Office environment on an iPad, printing and scanning are not supported.
