To limit the list of available plans by a specific preparer, select a preparer from the Show plans assigned to drop-down list.

This pane lists plans assigned to one or all preparers depending on the option you select in the Show plans assigned to drop-down list.

To include a plan in the report, highlight a plan and click the Select button.

Click the Client Contact option to create a report that includes the following information.

• plan ID
• taxpayer and spouse names
• client mailing address
• client phone number
• client date of birth
• optional: the assigned preparer or plan data location is also included if the corresponding category is selected in the Sort field

Click the Plan Information option to create a report that includes the following information.

• plan ID
• taxpayer and spouse names
• plan period (years)
• plan description
• assigned preparer
• date modified
• optional: the plan data location or plan keyword is also included if the corresponding category is selected in the Sort field

Click the Plan Location option to create a report that includes the following information.

• plan ID
• taxpayer name
• plan data location
• plan data accessibility (that is, whether the plan is accessible in the last known location)
• assigned preparer

After you select the type of report you want to create (Client Contact, Plan Information, or Plan Location), select an item from the corresponding Sort field to change the category by which information in the report is sorted.
