Downloading licenses after renewing your programs

After renewing most programs, you will need to download the latest platform of the application to have access to updates.

This is not required for Onvio, Accounting CS, Workpapers CS, GoFileRoom, AdvanceFlow, and Virtual Office/Software as a Service customers.

Note: Depending on when you renew, your software may not immediately be available. See License expiration and renewal dates for information about when each application is available for download.

To download the most recent platform version of your program, complete the following steps.

  1. Visit tax.tr.com and click Log in on the top right corner. In the Access your web accounts section, click Sign in under "CS Professional Suite, Onvio" and then log in using your Thomson Reuters ID.
  2. Click the Downloads link under the My Products section to open the My Product Downloads page. The My Product Downloads page lists all of the programs your firm is licensed for. Applications that have not been previously downloaded will have a red dot next to the application name. The blue link will take you to the individual download page for that application. 
  3. On the My Product Downloads page, scroll down to the application you wish to download and click the blue link to move to step two of the download process.
  4. Review the Download Installation File and Instructions page, which includes instructions and additional resources for downloading the product.
  5. To begin the download process, click the Proceed to Download Latest Version link to move to the download page.
  6. Click the Download now icon to begin downloading the application.

If you are on the latest platform version and need to update your application's licenses, you can download licenses via CS Connect.
