Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Follow these steps to add or remove a service from a client in Accounting CS.

  1. Choose Setup > Clients.
  2. Select a client from the Clients list and click the Edit button.
  3. On the Main tab, click the Ellipsis button button next to the Services field.
  4. In the Add/Remove Services dialog, mark or unmark a checkbox next to a service to add or remove it from the client.
  5. Click Enter to save the changes to the client.
