Copying files or folders from the Virtual Office CS server

When running the application in the Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, use the following steps to copy files or folders from a specific location on the Virtual Office CS or SaaS server.

  1. Choose File > Copy Files. Show me

  2. In the File type field, select the file type to copy from the server.
  3. Click the Browse button next to the File(s) to copy field. In the Open dialog, search for and highlight the folder or file to copy, and then click the Open button.
  4. Click the Browse button next to the Copy to field to specify the location to save the copied files. You can create a new folder or select an existing folder from the tree view.
  5. Click OK to close the Browse For Folder dialog.
  6. Click OK in the Copy Files dialog to copy the files.
