Viewing user bulletins

User bulletins provide information about updates to the application.

To open the latest release user bulletin, choose Bulletins from the Help menu or click the Bulletins link in the Resources portlet in the Home or Client dashboards.

To open user bulletins for prior releases, click the Prior release user bulletins link at the bottom of the current release user bulletin.

Note: To view and print user bulletins for releases and updates prior to v. 2018.2.0, you must have Adobe Reader version 9.0 or higher installed.

You can search for specific information in the HTML format bulletins (version 20187.2.0 and higher) by following these steps.

  1. Expand the text for the applicable sections or click the Show expandable text link at the top of this article to expand all text in the article.
  2. Press CTRL+F on your keyboard to open a search field above the toolbar.
  3. Enter the search term in the search field. As you type your search term, the Help & How-To Center highlights all instances of the term in the body of the article.
