Clients missing from the Actions > Manage NetClient CS screen

The Manage NetClient CS screen displays the clients that meet the following criteria:

  • The client has one or more valid payroll schedules set up with the Import time entry method and Remote payroll entry as the source.
    1. Choose Setup > Clients and click the Payroll Information tab.
    2. Click the Ellipsis button button next to the Payroll Schedules field.
    3. Verify that at least one payroll schedule has Import selected under Time Entry Method and Remote payroll entry selected as the Source.
  • A payroll schedule using the Import - Remote payroll entry time entry and source is set up on at least one of the client's employees.
    1. Choose Setup > Employees and select the Main tab.
    2. Verify that at least one employee is assigned to a payroll schedule set up with the Import - Remote payroll entry time entry method and source.
