Once an electronically filed form(s), such as Form 941, or enrollment information has been transmitted in ACS, it cannot be stopped or recalled. To delete the electronic filing information prior to transmission (if you discover an error, for example), open the Process Electronic Forms screen, mark the checkboxes for the appropriate file(s), and click the Remove Selected button.
