The Connecticut Paid Family & Medical Leave (Connecticut FLI) becomes effective on January 1, 2021.

General information about the FLI premium

  • The FLI premium is .5% of the employee's gross wages.
  • This is employee paid only, no employer contribution.

Connecticut Paid Family & Medical Leave worksheet

We have provided Form CT-PFML Worksheet (Reconciliation worksheet), which you can use as a source for manual data entry of employee's Connecticut FLI information on the Connecticut Paid Leave Authority website.

When a client has registered and received a Connecticut Paid Leave account ID, this can be entered in the Additional Information dialog (accessed from the Payroll Taxes tab of the Setup > Clients screen). This ID is not required but will be included on the worksheet. The CTPL Account ID format is a 9-digit number.
