WorkforceHUB integration: Information flow

The following tables list the information that flows between Accounting CS and WorkforceHUB as part of the integration, and the directions in which that information flows. 

  • Accounting CS to WorkforceHUB (→)

Client information

Primary location taxing address Accounting CS → WorkforceHUB
Client Location States Accounting CS → WorkforceHUB This information is transferred only if the client has a withholding ID set up for their state in the Payroll Taxes tab of the Setup > Clients screen in Accounting CS.
Locations and Departments Accounting CS → WorkforceHUB If a location or department is selected in the New Hire wizard in WorkforceHUB, but that location or department is deleted in Accounting CS before the new hire employee record is retrieved, Accounting CS replaces the deleted location or department with a default one that still exists in Accounting CS when it creates the new employee record.
