The International format ACH file created by the application is organized as follows:

• File header Record (1 record)
• Company/Batch header record (5 record)
• Entry detail record (6 record)
  • First IAT addenda record (7 record)
  • Second IAT addenda record (7 record)
  • Third IAT addenda record (7 record)
  • Fourth IAT addenda record (7 record)
  • Fifth IAT addenda record (7 record)
  • Sixth IAT addenda record (7 record)
  • Seventh IAT addenda record (7 record)
  • Eighth through Twelfth addenda records (7 record)

    The Remittance Information Addenda Record and the Correspondent Bank Information Addenda Record are additional addenda records (7 Records) associated with IAT's. The application does not create either of these addenda records.

    Remittance Information Addenda Records are necessary only when the Transaction Type Code field contains ARC (Accounts Receivable Entry), BOC (Back Office Conversion Entry), RCK (Re-presented Check Entry), or POP (Point of Purchase Entry). The application does not support these Transaction Type Codes.

    Correspondent Bank Information Addenda Records refer to the correspondent bank of the foreign originating financial institution and they are only used with Inbound items. The application creates only Outbound items and thus will not create this addenda record.
