Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

You can set up account groups as soon as the Chart of Accounts has been created .

  1. Choose Setup > Account Groups and click the Edit button.
  2. In the Account Groups dialog, choose one of the predefined account group descriptions from the list of available account groups, then enter in the grid the range of accounts to include in the group.
  3. Click Enter to save the record. Repeat the above steps to set up additional account groups.
  4. Click Done to save the information and close the Account Groups dialog.
